Le Dîner en Blanc (DEB) Jamaica, the world-renowned pop-up picnic event, kicked off its exclusive launch party on Sunday, March 3, at the BMW Showroom. The event, which attracted guests from the entertainment, hospitality, and fashion industries, set the stage for a special return of the highly anticipated celebration.

An all-white, all-electric BMW iX 2024 and Social Butterfliez ambassadors dressed as Bond Girls to complement this year’s James Bond-inspired theme set the tone for the haute experience.

Specially invited guests enjoyed tasty bites from an exquisite charcuterie grazing table courtesy of Boujee Board by Tiff, and sips from a selection of wines provided by Dîner en Blanc wine partners: Select Brands. The attractive tablescape arrangements by Elegant Essentials and Borghanvilla Venue, provided inspiration for the requisite diner en blanc table settings.

The Big Shots Photo Booth allowed those in attendance to create cherished moments while Dîner en Blanc fashion collaborators, Soho Boutique and The King’s Wardrobe, offered what-to-wear tips. Beauty collaborators for 2024 are JMAX Hair & Nail Spa, Frenchy’s Faces, and Le Champs Cosmetics.

On hand to offer guidance were former DEB hosts Leisha Wong, Brett Wong, and Steven Price, in addition to Ewan Simpson, chairman of the Jamaica Reggae Industry Association, Jamaica Tourist Board representatives, and recording artiste D’Angel.

Expressing their gratitude, the current host team, Tash Johnson, Tamika Allen, and Damani Hylton of City Festivals, extended their warm appreciation to BMW Jamaica for facilitating the return of Le Dîner en Blanc Jamaica.

The one-night-only affair, known for its elegance, sophistication, and unique outdoor dining experience, will be held for the first time in Ocho Rios on Saturday, May 4 with Couples Tower Isle and Couples Sans Souci as hotel partners.
