Dream Big Talent Search to unearth new talent for Dream Weekend

Emerging talent will have the opportunity to showcase their singing skills for a chance to perform at Dream Weekend this summer.

The Dream Big Talent Search is now on, and those who are interested should submit a one-minute video of themselves performing, according to a press release by the organisers.

Experienced music producer and 3rd Dimension Music CEO Mario C has teamed up with Kamal Bankay, Chairman of Dream Entertainment Group, Campus Elite and Phantom Development for the initiative which will see talent from across Jamaica competing for a place on the Dream Weekend stage.

“The aim of Dream Big is to discover new talent. Two winners will be chosen and they will win an all-expense paid trip to Negril with a live performance at Dream Weekend. And in addition to performing on the Dream Weekend stage, they will receive recording opportunities to be on three of the top summer juggling, a music video and heavy marketing and publicity,” Mario C explained.

He added that the competition will take place over two weeks.

“There is a two-week submission period followed by six TikTok live events within a two-week span. The rules will be posted on Campus Elite and Dream Entertainment social media platforms. The winners will be determined by the Dream Big team and the public,” said Mario C.

The talent will be judged on vocal and songwriting ability.

Interested persons can log onto www.campuselitejm.com/dreambig for more details.
