Sybaritic Weekend set to erupt with hedonistic pleasures in July

Party fans are excited by the inaugural edition of Sybaritic Weekend, a three-day party bonanza, which will take centrestage in Jamaica from July 26 to July 28, 2024. This exclusive event features four distinct experiences, each promising to elevate your senses and deliver maximum thrills for your entertainment dollar.

The events offer a diverse lineup of local and international acts, including DJs, musicians, influencers, and industry players.

“The Sybaritic Weekend isn’t just about parties; it’s about fostering international cultural integration and bringing together patrons from around the globe. Whether you’re a local or visiting from overseas, prepare to be immersed in a world of opulence, harmony and Sybaritic Enjoyment,” Brandon Grey, creative director of the Sybaritic Entertainment Group, said.

Sybarites are persons who could be described as addicted to pleasures and luxury, and according to its organisers, these events are designed to overload your senses with opulence and pleasure.
“Patrons can come to our events let their imagination run wild in an atmosphere charged with excitement and allure,” Grey said.

The events will be held at some of the most stunning venues available in Jamaica such as the Aqueducts Rose Hall, nestled by a pristine white sandy beach, and Tropical Beach Bliss in Montego Bay, located next to the Sangster’s International Airport runway.

“Experience the thrill of planes landing adjacent to the beach property whilst partying, adding an extra layer of excitement to your weekend getaway,” Grey, who is also an attorney-at-law, said.
One of the weekend’s highlights is the Afro-Soca Beach Party which will be held on July 26 at the Tropical Bliss Beach.

The show will be headlined by soca’s First Lady, Destra Garcia and other Caribbean artistes. As its name suggests, the party will re-create a Tulum jungle rave, a perfect blend of musical genres; soca, calypso, Afro-beats amapiano, disco and house.

“We are also excited in launching the Sybaritic Road March, to take place immediately after the conclusion of Afro Soca, where patrons will march from the venue onto the coastal highway, to enjoy an authentic road march on the beautiful coastline,” Grey said.

Other standout events include Tides & Tanlines, the ultimate beach music festival, which will be held during the day of July 27, 2024. This is an ultra – luxury daytime beach party which will showcase world music, while females don luxury beach, bikini and resort wear. The event will be accentuated by the attendance of well-known models and names from the fashion industry. There will also be interactive performances from trending artistes in the dancehall and international music scene.

As night falls on July 27, fans will be able to enjoy Sparks After-dark which promises nothing less than an electrifying and fiery vibe. Staying true to the theme, a blazing experience awaits with performances from heavy hitting artistes and veterans within the dancehall and reggae music industry and veteran selectors.

“The event will stay true to Jamaican street and urban culture, this event is set to erupt in a lavish and sensual soirée that invites you to indulge in your most euphoric and passionate fantasies,” Grey said.

The weekend will climax with the all-white soiree of the summer, Diamond Dreamz on July 28, which is a premium event with performances from headline international acts. This event will pay homage to Jamaica’s global influence on music and culture across the lush coastal landscape of Aqueducts Rose Hall, Montego Bay.

“This event is tailored to encapsulate the highest form of opulent ‘livity’. Diamond Dreamz will feature an atmosphere of class, elegance and freedom through wealth, the finer things in life across all spectrums,” Grey said.
