With two decades of discovering and nurturing Jamaica’s musical talent under its belt, Digicel Rising Stars has announced the start of its 20th season.

The competition has shaped the careers of memorable musicians such as Christopher Martin and Romain Virgo, who have become legends in their own right. These artistes exemplify the show’s success in fostering local talent and contributing to the growth and global recognition of Jamaican music.

To commemorate this special anniversary, “Digicel is giving back to its loyal customers with an exclusive offer. During the live shows, Digicel will launch its “20 for 20” cash prize where 20 prepaid and 20 postpaid customers will each have the chance to win $20,000 in cash,” said the company in statement on Friday.

Additionally, exclusive offers and promotions will be extended to customers throughout the season, ensuring that everyone can join in celebrating the incredible milestone.

The 20th season of Digicel Rising Stars promises to bring excitement, with a line-up of extraordinary talent and special guest performances.

Chief marketing officer at Digicel Tari Lovell expressed anticipation for the upcoming staging.
