ST ANN, Jamaica — The Directors of Best Weekend Ever, Jamaica’s premier event series, have announced an expanded partnership with the business community in St Ann. This collaboration provides season band holders with exclusive discounts at a wide range of adventures, bars, clubs, and restaurants in the parish.

Best Weekend Ever takes place from August 2-6 in Ocho Rios, with the deals extended to patrons running from August 1 to August 11.

According to a release, Best Weekend Ever is “renowned for offering an unparalleled party experience,” and “this year’s event promises to be even more spectacular with the addition of numerous local businesses providing exclusive benefits to attendees.”

Participating partners include Dunn’s River Falls, Green Grotto Cave, Margaritaville, Plantation Smokehouse, Sharkies, 8Rivaz, Pearly Beach, Ocho Rios Bay Beach, Turtle River Park, Main Street Bistro, Omnia Sky Lounge, and Boot Service Centre.

Jywanza Hall, Director of Best Weekend Ever, expressed enthusiasm about the partnerships.

This initiative not only enhances the experience for our attendees but also supports driving traffic to these establishments, which serve locals and tourists daily. The discounts offered to season band holders range from 10 to 20 per cent.

The release also revealed that proprietors of Dunn’s River Falls and Green Grotto Cave have extended their discount beyond season band holders and guaranteed that anyone with a band from any event within the weekend lineup will receive an additional 10 per cent discount on their already discounted summer deals. Additionally, Margaritaville is touted as the official “after party” hotspot for Best Weekend Ever patrons after Zimi Seh Beach on Sunday, August 4

“As we embark on our third staging of Best Weekend Ever, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and fostering a strong sense of community while bringing together thousands of attendees for an unforgettable weekend of music, entertainment, and adventure,” Hall concluded.

The events included in Best Weekend Ever are: I Love Soca Cooler Festival (August 2), featuring performances from Preedy and Pumpa at Plantation Cove; Daybreak and Milk and Honey on August 3, also at Plantation Cove. Zimi Seh Beach will be held at Puerto Seco Beach on August 4, while the newest event on the lineup, Rise and Toast—Miami’s best Caribbean Brunch Event featuring a performance from Dancehall Artiste Cham—will be held at Plantation Cove on August 5.

Stalk Ashley is set to give an intoxicating performance at Allure at Pearly Beach on August 5, while Rajah Wild and Valiant will close out the weekend at Late Check Out on August 6 at Pearly Beach.

Season Band Purchasers will redeem their season band packages from August 1-3 at Plantation Cove.
