Lawgiver the Kingson scores in Brazil with ‘Creation’

Reggae artiste LawGiver the Kingson is pleased that his music is making significant inroads in Brazil in South America.

“I have a catalogue of songs playing on major radio stations in Brazil, but the breakthrough song for me over there is Creation, because it uses a rhythm from the Gladiators hit, Bellyful. Gladiators is a huge act in Brazil, so that’s what really propelled the Lawgiver brand over there,” Lawgiver the Kingson said.

“The song is trending on Facebook, Tik Tok and Instagram. Based on that vibe, mi even share the cover of Rivista Reggae magazine cover with Alborosie; it’s a great look.”

Major stations like Central Reggae Radio, Reggae Vibes Radio and Zabele FM 87.9 have added the song to their rotation.

Buoyed by these new achievements, Lawgiver the Kingson is pushing ahead with his other projects as he gears up for some upcoming festivals in South America in November and December..

“I recently teamed up with Kjahsounds from Poland to produce a song titled “Down A Yard” including a Dub mix that has been released on my “Imperishable Uprising” label which is also getting a very good rotation on major radio stations and clubs in Europe,” he said.

Lawgiver the Kingson is best known for songs such as Jah Never Fail I Yet and Big Sound, featuring the iconic production duo Sly and Robbie, which has racked up over 114,000 views on YouTube.

The latter single is from the artiste’s critically admired Kingson from Kingston EP.
