Delect Coconut Bread Pudding

Celebrate Heroes’ Weekend with a truly comforting and nostalgic dessert — Delect Coconut Bread Pudding. This recipe brings together some of Jamaica’s most beloved flavours, blending the creamy richness of Delect Coconut Milk Powder with the familiar texture of hard-dough bread, softened to perfection. Golden Brand Margarine adds a buttery smoothness, while a hint of warm spices — cinnamon, nutmeg — and the sweetness of raisins and brown sugar deliver layers of flavour. Whether you’re sharing this pudding with family over the holiday or enjoying it solo, its rich, comforting taste is the perfect way to connect with Jamaica’s culinary traditions while honouring our nation’s heroes. Served warm or cold, this dessert reminds us that Heroes’ Weekend is not only about reflection but also about coming together, savouring sweet moments, and celebrating our shared legacy with every DELECT-able bite.
