Lilliput Rovers rally for win over Bogue FC
Lilliput Rovers rallied after trailing at half-time to beat Bogue FC 3-1 in their St James Football Association/Sandals Resorts International Major League Zone A game played at Spot Valley High on Monday.
Rabhaad DaCosta scored a brace to lead Lilliput, semi-finalists last season, to their first win of the season and took them to four points and joint leaders alongside Wadada United, one more than Reggae Youths who have played one game.
Sanjay Patterson gave Bogue the lead when he scored his second goal of the season in the 42nd minute,.
Lilliput took over the game midway the second half when DaCosta scored his double in a two-minute span, equalising in the 60th minute before giving the home team the lead two minutes later.
Chris Christian then secured all three points for Lilliput when he scored in the 71st minute.
