Heinz Simonitsch School partners with LearningHub to transform student learning
ST JAMES, Jamaica — The Heinz Simonitsch School (HSS), known for its unwavering commitment to “Changing Average into Amazing” has partnered with the LearningHub to transform education within the institution and prepare its students for a rapidly evolving digital world.
Through this partnership, the school will integrate the LearningHub’s digital library into its educational ecosystem ensuring that HSS students benefit from access to cutting-edge digital tools designed to enhance engagement, improve academic performance and foster a love for lifelong learning.
The partnership will see junior four through to junior six students gaining access to tailored digital resources to sharpen their skills and boost readiness for the Primary Exit Profile (PEP) examinations.
The LearningHub will provide professional development for HSS educators, equipping them to leverage digital resources effectively in the classroom. Founder Dr Shalette Ashman will also work closely with HSS teachers and students to provide hands-on support, expert guidance and strategies for test design and preparation.
The school will further pioneer a pilot program in junior one, evaluating the impact of digital resources on student learning outcomes, with findings set to inform future technology integration at the school.
