Sandals thanks, motivates global sales force
OVER the past four days Sandals Resorts International brought together its global sales force for a series of motivational business sessions and recognition ceremonies as the multi-award-winning group set the tone for 2025.
During the event, held at Sandals South Coast, the sales team received updates on the luxury-included resort group’s plans for this year and beyond. They were also addressed by Sandals/Beaches Resorts Executive Chairman Adam Stewart who thanked them, on behalf of the resort group’s 20,000 team members across the Caribbean, and encouraged them to continue to grow, evolve, and listen to customers.
Noting that in 2025 Sandals will mark 44 years of operations, Stewart paid homage to his late father, Gordon “Butch” Stewart — founder of the resort company which for three decades has been voted world’s best in this region — and emphasised the importance of relationships with customers and service providers.
He emphasised that the group is motivated by the unwavering belief in providing a better vacation experience to customers and, by extension, improving the lives of its team members and people in the Caribbean, as well as the economies in the region.
