Essence of Reggae Music Festival promises much
Frankie Music Productions will mount the 2025 staging of The Essence of Reggae Music Festival, set to kick-start Reggae Month 2025 on Saturday, February 1, at Ranny Williams Entertainment Centre.
The festival celebrates Jamaica’s beloved genre, showcasing its evolution, diversity, and enduring impact on the world.
“We are thrilled to present The Essence of Reggae Music Festival 2025, which promises to be an unforgettable celebration of Jamaica’s rich musical heritage,” said Grammy-winning producer and businessman Comar “Frankie” Campbell of Frankie Music Productions, founder and organiser of the festival.
He added: “Our line-up features some of the most talented and influential reggae artistes, and we can’t wait to share this experience with music lovers from around the world.”
The line-up features I-Wayne, Tanya Stephens, Munga Honourable, Lutan Fyah, and a few surprises.
Gates open at noon and activities will features artisans, food providers, and a music workshop focusing on music production, copywriting, management, digital marketing, and music sales.
