Barbados was at the forefront of financial innovation last week as the Fintech Islands Experience 2025 (FiX25) got underway at the historic Sam Lord’s Castle, Wyndham Grand Resort in St Philip.
Held over three days from January 22-24, the Caribbean’s premier fintech conference in its third staging brought together hundreds of the world’s top fintech executives, innovators, investors and enthusiasts who all united around the common goal of reshaping the global financial landscape.
In addition to the vast networking opportunities it provided, the conference also allowed participants to indulge in the rich cultural heritage of Barbados exhibited through guided island tours and colourful entertainment events.
