Gas prices up $0.25, diesel down $0.25
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $0.25, 90-octane will be sold for $161.69 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $153.67 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $165.07 per litre after a decrease of $0.25 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $173.07 per litre also down by $0.25.
Kerosene increased by $1.05 and will be sold for $150.28 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $72.74 per litre up by $0.20 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $80.98 per litre after a decrease of $0.39.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
