Future ready, career ready
JAMAICA Library Service, in collaboration with HEART/NSTA Trust and Junior Achievement Jamaica, is having Career Week 2025 this week, under the theme, ‘Career Success through Self Development’.
This annual observance aims to empower students at all levels to make informed career choices, and enhance their future through education, entrepreneurship and professional development.
This year’s celebrations are designed to connect infant, primary, high and tertiary students, community youth and stakeholders, with the world of work and higher education.
The highlight of the week is the career expo on Friday. Organised by HEART, it will be held at the Mico University Gym, and will facilitate interactive opportunities for youngsters to explore diverse career options.
Here are some highlights from day one.
