Efficient service inside NCB, but…
Dear Editor,
On Friday, February 7, 2025 I went to the National Commercial Bank (NCB) branch in Portmore, St Catherine, to report a lost debit card.
I was pleasantly surprised that within 15 minutes I was out of there with a new card.
While congratulations are due to the bank, it would deserve even more accolades if the wait in the ABM lines could be just as short. This wish applies in my experience to the two largest banks.
