Legacy Isle, a five-year-old bay horse by Shackleford – Queenameina, was impressive when winning on March 22, showcasing strong form and ability. He easily put away rivals by four lengths in the Omar Walker Trophy over five furlongs (1,000m), the minimum trip on the round course. Legacy Isle won in a time of 1:00.1.

He has trained really well coming into this race, having galloped five furlongs on April 12 in a smooth 1:00.3 while being ridden. Legacy Isle is likely to be prominent throughout the race, using his class and speed to dictate the pace or sit just off it. Whatever he chooses, there’s only outcome and that is to cross the finishing line ahead of six rivals.

Stablemates Pack Plays (USA) and Wall Street Trader (USA) are potential placers, depending on how the race unfolds. The key to success here will be finding the right position early and using speed and stamina effectively over this distance of six and a half furlongs (1,300m). But even at their best, Pack Plays and Wall Street Trader should find it difficult to beat Legacy Isle.

The Open Allowance contest for three-year-olds and upward is positioned as the seventh event on the card with a post time of 3:15 pm. First race is at high noon.

Pack Plays and Wall Street Trader recently competed in the same race on March 29, covering a distance of five furlongs.
Wall Street Trader secured second place, while Pack Plays finished third, both trailing behind the winner Digital One. Given that Pack Plays is expected to perform better over extended trips, it’s predicted that he will outperform his stablemate Wall Street Trader in the race for second place.

Inspire Force is expected to be a contender in the race for the minor palcing, despite facing tough competition. He recently finished second to Commandant in a seven-furlong race, showcasing his potential. Commandant’s exceptional performance suggests Inspire Force’s strong showing is notable. Given his style, Inspire Force could secure a spot on the board, potentially finishing among the top runners. His ability to adapt will be key in determining his final position.
