Page 2 returns to Strawberry Hill Hotel in Irish Town, St Andrew, for its Mother’s Day brunch hosted by award-winning Executive Chef Brian Lumley, on May 11. With a desire to honour the significant contributions of mothers, Lumley envisioned a serene and relaxing day just for them, to savour the sumptuous spread on offer. “I wanted to create an event that mothers could feel special. Moms are incredible human beings so I wanted to give them one day of peace and relaxation,” Lumley said.
