Although he preferred to keep the DJ line-up a secret, Tyrone Dixon, promoter of Footloose retro party, says all systems are in place for patrons to have a good time at tonight’s staging at Mas Camp.

“You can always expect non-stop vibes at Footloose; good energy and dancing all night. The DJ line-up is our element of surprise for our patrons; and one thing’s for sure, we use only the best,” said Dixon, principal of Broadway Productions.

This staging is another ‘short shorts edition’, which was first introduced in 2008.

“The short shorts edition has been our signature event for the last 17 years and our ladies love it. Shorts are a staple attire for women, and they use this event to showcase their wardrobe. At least 90 per cent of our ladies support the theme and they do it beautifully,” Dixon stated.

He promised that the strategically staged bars will ensure a smooth process for patrons attending the event.

“Our venue is always set up to provide convenience for our customers. [There will be] easily accessible bars and drinks on special courtesy of our sponsors,” he added.

Footloose, which began almost 20 years ago, has grown to become one of the most-anticipated retro parties on the entertainment calendar.
