Racers Grand Prix: Roshawn Clarke makes winning return to competition
KINGSTON, Jamaica –World Athletics Championships finalist Roshawn Clarke made a winning return to competition at the Racers Grand Prix in Kingston on Saturday, winning the men’s 400m hurdles in 48.65 seconds at the National Stadium.
Clarke was competing for the first time since he failed to complete the event at the Miami leg of the Grand Slam Track series in early May.
He was pushed all the way by compatriot Assinie Wilson who ran 48.77 seconds while reigning national champion Malik James-King was third in 48.87 seconds.
