An ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs testified Monday that the hop hop mogul is paying her legal bills despite her testifying against him in his sex trafficking trial.

The woman, speaking under the pseudonym Jane, said Combs helped her hire the attorney she is currently represented by and that the 55 year-old superstar is still footing the bill. On Friday she revealed that Combs also continues to pay her US$10,000 rent in Los Angeles.

Jane dated Combs from 2021 to 2024.

The court heard that after federal agents raided Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024, a homeland security official visited Jane’s residence and left a business card. Combs then hired her a lawyer who is still representing her.

Jane testified that she and Diddy continued to have “hotel nights” or “freak-offs” after his homes were raided.

She previously told jurors that her relationship with Combs continued up until his arrest in September 2024.

Prosecutors say Diddy ran a criminal enterprise of employees and bodyguards who enforced his power and fulfilled his desires with illicit acts including trafficking, kidnapping, bribery and arson.

Jane, who was identified as a social media influencer and single mother, alleges Combs coerced her into having sex parties with male escorts.

Through tears she recounted instances that she told Combs she did not like having sex with the escorts while he watched.

The encounters virtually always left her sore and in pain and she suffered frequent infections, Jane testified.

But when she protested or said she only wanted to be with him, Jane said Combs was “dismissive” and “belittling.”

She also claimed Combs threatened to stop paying her rent and threatened to release footage of these sex parties.
