Bites & Beats Festival added to ‘Share a Coke’ campaign
COCA-COLA, distributed by Wisynco Group Limited, is set to host the Bites & Beats Festival for the first time in Jamaica.
This food and music event is scheduled for Saturday, July 26 at Hope Gardens.
A news release from the promoters said Bites & Beats will serve as the high point for the brand’s Share a Coke campaign, which relaunched locally this summer to celebrate everyday connections, self-expression, and shared joy.
“Blending culinary discovery, live music, and branded experiences, Bites & Beats aims to bring the Share a Coke ethos to life through a high-energy and interactive celebration tailored to Jamaica’s youth and lifestyle culture,” the release states.
“Bites & Beats is more than an event — it’s a celebration of meaningful connections through good food, music, friends and shared experiences,” the release quotes Chantellee McDonald, senior brand manager, Coca-Cola Portfolio at Wisynco Group.
“As part of our Share a Coke campaign this festival invites Jamaicans [18 years and older] to come together and create memories that are truly worth sharing,” added McDonald.
Entry to Bites & Beats will be free with six Share a Coke bottle labels, easily identified by the names on them. Bottles will be on sale by vendors at the gate to further facilitate access to the experience.
“The evening will feature performances from a dynamic DJ line-up while guests will also enjoy a curated food court with local restaurants and immersive brand activations, including the Coke Studio, the VR Hub, Coca-Cola Endz lounge, Coke Store, personalised bottle stations, and lots of interactive giveaways,” the promoters said.
“From music to food to shared moments, Bites & Beats promises to deliver a multi-sensory festival designed to elevate the Share a Coke campaign and give consumers an immersive experience,” the promoters added.
