Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards 2025 Caterer of the Year, Alexa Von Strolley of Tooksie Kay Catering, brought her culinary genius to Mastercard’s booth, as the title sponsor of the recent 26th staging of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards.
Von Strolley’s signature style shone through a unique menu, whose offerings included slow-roasted seared pork belly skewers with a sorrel BBQ glaze, ackee mousse tartlets with Scotch bonnet caviar, and seared jerk beef tartare bites.
