42-y-o charged after allegedly posting graphic video of woman
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A 42-year-old woman has been charged after allegedly sharing a graphic video of another woman on WhatsApp after the two had a dispute.
Charged with making use of a computer for malicious communication is Natoya White, a site attendant of Wellington Street, Kingston 14, following an incident on Thursday, May 22.
Reports from the Denham Town Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are that about 3:03 pm White and the complainant had a dispute, following which she posted a graphic video of the complainant on her WhatsApp status. The matter was reported to the police on Wednesday, June 11, and an investigation was launched in the matter.
White was contacted by lawmen and asked to turn herself in, to which she complied. She was charged last Tuesday following a question-and-answer session.
She is set to appear before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Wednesday, August 20.
