Sean Paul earns his 24th entry on Billboard’s Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay chart with Ginger, which debuts at #33.

Produced by Johnny Goldstein and Daramola for Dutty Rock Productions, the track was released on July 4.

Sean Paul’s previous entries on the Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay chart include two #1 — Get Busy (1 week) and Baby Boy with Beyonce (7 weeks) both in 2003.

The last time that Sean Paul scored an entry on the Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay chart was in June 2019, when Boasty with Wiley, Stefflon Don, and Idris Elba peaked at #35.

Still on the Rhythmic Top 40 chart, Til a Mawnin by Shaggy featuring Sting remains at #40 for a second week, after peaking at #35.

Meanwhile, Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix by Moliy, Silent Addy, Skillibeng, and Shenseea continues its upward trajectory on the chart, stepping up from #4 to #2 in its 13th week on the chart.

On R&B/HipHop Songs, the song peaked at #10 then fell to #11 and is now down to #15, while over on R&B/Hip Hop Airplay, it remains at #8. But on R&B/Hip Hop Digital Song Sales it slips from #7 to #10 having peaked at #4.

Wisdom by Stick Figure is at #6, Sean Paul’s Dutty Rock is #7, and Set in Stone by Stick Figure is #8.

Welcome to Jamrock by Damian Marley and Exodus by Bob Marley and the Wailers are #9 and #10, respectively.

Tony Roy’s cover of American singer Lobo’s 1972 hit song I’d Love You To Want Me, takes over the #1 spot on the New York Reggae chart. Meanwhile, Left With A Broken Heart by Sampalue bolts from #8 to #5, Better Than Before by Glen Washington steps up from #12 to #9, and How Yu Fi Fight Reggae Music by Sizzla and Bounty Killer rises from #22 to #18.

New entries are The Drifter by Dennis Walks (28) and Mary Delan’s cover of Barbara Lewis’S 1963 hit Hello Stranger (spent two weeks at #1 on Billboard’s R&B chart), which enters at #29.
