Increased rainfall expected across Jamaica until Wednesday
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaicans can expect increased rainfall and thunderstorm activity across the island today and tomorrow, according to the Meteorological Service of Jamaica (Met Service).
This, as the weather body monitors reports say that there is a trough across the island which is expected to remain through to early Wednesday.
A tropical wave across the central Caribbean is also projected to move across Jamaica this evening, according to the Met Service. It said the tropical wave across the eastern Caribbean is projected to move across Jamaica on Tuesday evening bringing an increase in shower and thunderstorm activity across the island today and tomorrow, especially in the afternoons.
