The Cari-Med Group extends its condolence to the family, colleagues, and loved ones of Senator Don Wehby, former CEO of GraceKennedy Limited.

Senator Wehby was a true nation-builder whose vision, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment as a transformational leader profoundly shaped corporate Jamaica and positively influenced the wider society.

As chief executive officer of GraceKennedy he displayed outstanding leadership, upholding the proud tradition of the company as a model corporate citizen. He also gave selfless service to our country as a senator, contributing to national policy and public life with wisdom and integrity. Throughout his distinguished career, he championed initiatives that strengthened ties with Jamaicans both at home and in the Diaspora.

His unwavering commitment to national development was reflected in his generous support of community-based programmes, particularly in the areas of education and sports — causes to which he gave not just resources, but passion and vision. In so doing, he touched countless lives and helped to shape a brighter future for generations to come.

We honour his legacy and give thanks for a life dedicated to service, excellence, and integrity. May his soul rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
