Bog Walk Gorge remains closed after Windalco train derailment
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Police are informing motorists that the Bog Walk Gorge in St Catherine remains closed after a train derailed and overturned in the area on Saturday.
Drivers are advised to use Barry road, Sligoville or the Toll Road as alternative routes.
Further updates will be provided as they become available, the police said.

It is understood that the train, which belongs to bauxite mining company Windalco, derailed at the entrance of the rail tunnel in the Bog Walk Gorge.
The mining ministry has launched an investigation into the incident, which caused significant traffic delays in the area on Saturday.
