The Rocksteady Ballroom at the AC Hotel Kingston was abuzz Saturday last for the Hyundai Miss Universe Jamaica 2025 final. Twenty-seven contestants were in competition mode for the crown. With the swimsuit, evening wear, and nerve-wracking question-and-answer session over, ophthalmologist Dr Gabrielle Henry emerged this year’s Miss Universe Jamaica, earning the opportunity to represent the country at the international Miss Universe pageant in November, in Bangkok, Thailand.
