JLP’s Miller says he is not ‘sleeping on the job’ or ‘posting on TikTok’
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) candidate for St Catherine South East, Robert Miller, says he is doing the work of the people and not “posting on TikTok” like his People’s National Party (PNP) opponent Dr Alfred Dawes.
Miller gave the criticism on Nomination Day where he launched his bid to contest the seat in the September 3 General Elections.
“My performance over the years, my track records have been proven. I’m not sleeping on the job. I’m not on TikTok like my opponent. I’m doing the work for the people of St Catherine South East and there’s more to come,” Miller told Observer Online.
“He’s still in a fairyland. Let him stay in a fairyland,” he said, commenting on Dawe’s earlier comment that Miller only won in the 2020 General Elections because of COVID-19 pandemic strictures.
