“As we celebrate, we must all appreciate the concept of gratitude”… And with these words, Saint International CEO Deiwght Peters raised the curtains on the Fashion Face of the Caribbean and Avant Garde Designer of the Year competitions at the AC Hotel Kingston on Saturday, August 16. Two new faces were discovered at the event which also celebrated the creativity and ingenuity of Jamaica’s fashion designers.
Guests also embraced the spirit of the evening, celebrating Saint’s 25th anniversary and its remarkable rise to becoming the leading modelling agency in the Caribbean. Beyond the runway, there were performances by saxophonist Taquane, and music artistes D’Voyce and D’Angel. And too, the celebratory cake-cutting with Peters and his top-performing models honouring 25 years of the agency’s excellence.
