More time at home gives us the chance to get to do just that, and with the Grace Food Festival on the horizon, there’s no better time to try something new. Grace Foods, in partnership with Chef Shea Stewart, is back with another flavour-filled recipe that’s easy to prepare and big on taste.
Loaded chips take your average snack and turn them into a full-on experience. Crispy Grace Exotic Chips are piled high with pan-seared Grace Yaad Style Franks, then drizzled with a sticky-sweet Grace Jamaican Honey Jerk Sauce that brings the heat and the flavour.
This quick and satisfying dish is perfect for after-school bites, late-night cravings or impressing guests with a Jamaican twist on a classic favourite. Every bite delivers crunch, spice and just the right amount of sweet.

Ingredients
1 pack Grace Smoked Yaad Style Franks (2 franks, diced)
1 ounce Grace Jamaican Honey Jerk Seasoning
1 pack Grace Exotic Chips Cassava
1 pack Grace Exotic Chips Tostones
1 pack Grace Exotic Chips Purple Sweet Potato
1 ounce diced tomato
1 ounce diced red onion
1 ounce diced green bell pepper
1 ounce diced yellow bell pepper
4 sprigs chopped parsley
1 ounce olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Sauté Grace Yaad Style Franks until crispy.
2. Set aside in a bowl then stir in Grace Jamaican Honey Jerk seasoning.
3. Combine all the diced ingredients and parsley mix together and toss in olive oil and salt and pepper to make the salsa.
4. To complete the dish — get your platter, place chips as the base, sprinkle on your salsa, then add your Grace Honey Jerk Yaad Style Franks on top, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. You may also add some shredded cheese or a drizzle of your favourite garlic aioli and avocado crema as shown in the photo.
