GWM shifts into high gear with Mouttet Mile partnership

Titanya Clarke, brand sales manager at GWM (Stewart’s Automotive), is revving up the excitement as GVM partners with the ultra-rich Mouttet Mile in a thrilling collaboration that’s set to bring together the worlds of high-performance horses and cutting-edge vehicles.

The fourth staging of the Mouttet Mile is set for Caymanas Park on December 6, 2025 with a record-breaking purse of US$300,000, making it the richest single event offered at the park. The remaining races on the day will carry purses of over $1 million, which also makes this race day the richest in the English-speaking Caribbean.

Clarke expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the synergy between cars and horses.

“Well, it makes sense. We are the transportation partner for the Mouttet Mile and you’re looking at everybody coming to experience but also horse, cars, it comes right together. And so we are just really partnering with Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) to create an experience for everybody,” Clarke said during the agreement signing at Caymanas Park on Thursday.

Clarke explained that GWM aims to provide an exceptional experience for attendees, showcasing its range of vehicles.

“We believe through GWM we have a brand for everybody, so if it’s a Haval Jolion as your starter car all the way up to the Tank 500 as your premium luxury unit, we will be able to provide it. We are happy about the partnership and you will be seeing us on the track,” she told the Jamaica Observer’s The Supreme Racing Guide.

She revealed that this partnership has been in the works for over a year, despite some delays.

“The previous Mouttet Mile was absolutely amazing and that’s why this partnership is not just yesterday, it’s a year in the making. We were trying for last year but certain hiccups. We are here again and we are going to make it happen.

“I am looking forward to the winners and hopefully the winners spend some of their winnings with purchasing a unit through GWM,” Clarke said.

Chloleen Daley-Muschett, Supreme Ventures Limited’s (SVL) assistant vice-president of public relations and corporate affairs, expressed delight in welcoming Stewart’s Automotive’s GWM as the official transportation sponsor for the Mouttet Mile.

“So we have the fourth running of the Mouttet Mile this year and we are very happy to welcome onboard for the first time and official transportation sponsor in Stewart’s Automotive through their GWM,” she said.

“GWM is one of their affordable luxury brands, we associate luxury and premium products with the Mouttet Mile, and so we are happy to welcome them onboard,” Daley-Muschett added.

Daley-Muschett was also thrilled about the growing interest in the event. As she reflected on the partnership with Stewart’s Automotive, she highlighted the significance of corporate sponsors.

“Attracting corporate sponsors is an endorsement of the product. It is an indication that we are moving in the right direction with a race day like this,” she said.

Daley-Muschett has extended an invitation to other potential sponsors.

“We are always happy to welcome on-board new sponsors, returning sponsors and we encouraged other corporate sponsors to come on-board, join the Mouttet Mile train, and let’s get back to the 1970s and have some fun on December 6,” she stated.
