Kingston woman charged with murder
KINGSTON, Jamaica—A Kingston woman has been charged with the murder of 32-year-old Jeremy Harris of Water Street, Kingston 14, following an argument between the two which turned physical on August 17.
Charged is 36-year-old Stephanie also of Buckley of Water Street, Kingston 14.
Reports from the Denham Town police are that about 1:35 pm, an argument developed between Buckley and Harris, during which Harris and two other men attacked Buckley.
During the attack, Buckley reportedly received multiple injuries, and she allegedly used a knife to stab Harris to the upper body. The police were summoned and the injured individuals were taken to hospital where Harris was pronounced dead.Buckley was later placed into custody after being treated.
She was later charged following an interview and an eye-witness statement.
Her court date is being finalised.
