TEAM members at Sandals Dunn’s River and Sandals Royal Plantation were all smiles this week as both resorts treated them to a special back-to-school giveaway aimed at easing the financial strain that often comes with preparing children for the new academic year.

Hundreds of employees benefited from the initiative, receiving school bags, books, stationery, and other essential supplies, along with gift vouchers to help with the purchase of additional textbooks and materials.

Sandals Royal Plantation General Manager Omar Robinson joined in the packing and distribution of the items, noting that the resort is mindful of the challenges parents face during this season. He explained that the gesture was a way for the resort to say thanks to its hard-working team members while providing meaningful support for their families.

At Sandals Dunn’s River, General Manager Deryk Meany shared that the initiative was about helping parents feel a little more at ease as the new term approaches, stressing that the resort values its people and is committed to finding ways to support them beyond the workplace.
