Giving back
Former resident of Maxfield Park Children’s Home Sashawna Tomlinson hosted a back-to-school treat at the home recently, to “give back” to the place where she was loved and kept safe. This initiative was supported by Jamaica Public Service (JPS), whose employees also participated in the day’s events by assisting the facilitators to serve the residents, while giving them school supplies to return to school for the new school term.
