Jamaica Observer providing wall-to-wall election coverage

The ruling Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) and Opposition People’s National Party (PNP) appear to be in a dead heat as they race to the finish line of their campaigns to form the next Government, and the Jamaica Observer Media Group will provide viewers and readers with front row seats as the battle for Jamaica House happens in real time.

Follow our website, www.jamaicaobserver.com; social media platforms ( Instagram, Twitter and Facebook); and radio station Edge 105 FM for live coverage across the island following the opening of the polls at 7:00 am, with videos from constituencies capturing voting and voter voices.

This afternoon, beginning at 4:00, tune in to Jamaica Decides on all social media platforms, the Jamaica Observer YouTube Channel, our website, and Edge 105 FM, to stay up-to-date on the election results as they are happening with analysis from an all-star team. Anchored by award-winning journalist David Brown, formerly of CVM TV, panellists include reputed commentators Danielle Archer, Clyde Williams, Dr Paul Ashley, and Oniel Madden.

Following the close of polls, Observer correspondents will report live from the headquarters of the two main political parties. Viewers can also follow real-time results with our interactive map.

On Thursday, be sure to purchase a copy of the Observer newspaper for a full recap of the election day happenings, reactions, pictorials, and more.
