The company says it is now in the final stages of reconstruction and is looking ahead with renewed purpose and national pride.
Pure National says it is positioned to increase its production capacity significantly following the installation of a new 70-ton Paktol ice maker at the rebuilt facility which is being outfitted for full operations in the coming weeks.

“We are proud to say that we are almost ready to serve Jamaica again at full strength. This rebuild represents more than a return to operations. It is a recommitment to our country and to the people we serve,” said Theresa Lindo, managing director of Pure National Limited.
During the period of disruption, Pure National remained operational through alternative supply arrangements ensuring that ice remained accessible across the island. Now, the company is preparing to return to local production with improved technology and greater efficiency.
“Rebuilding for Jamaica and serving with pride has been our guiding principle throughout this journey. Our customers have shown us tremendous support, and we are excited to give back by providing a better, more resilient service,” said Lindo.
The company extends heartfelt thanks to the management and staff who remained dedicated through the toughest period in the company’s history. “Their commitment has been central to Pure National’s recovery and future growth,” she added.
A formal reopening announcement will be made shortly.
