GraceKennedy toasts sprint queen on arrival in Jamaica
Legendary Jamaican sprinter Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce returned to the island last night to a warm welcome from GraceKennedy, the local conglomerate for which she is a brand ambassador.
Fraser-Pryce won her 17th World Athletics Championships medal at the just-concluded games in Japan when she propelled the women’s 4x100m team to a silver medal.
The Pocket Rocket, as she is affectionately known, competed in what was expected to be her final World Championships for Jamaica.
