The Gap Café’s storied celebrity past now has a new connection: Home of the official Marley Fragrance launch in Jamaica.
On Saturday, September 20, a few hand-picked notables were invited to the Irish Town location into a world of perfumery with an exclusive one-on-one fragrance immersion designed for Bob Marley fans seeking a deeper, more personalised scent journey. Rohan Marley and Novia McDonald-Whyte played hosts, as Clement Gavarry, one of the noses behind the collection, his peer, Fragrance Development Manager at DSM-Firmenich, Rachael Larsen; Rise Distribution founder Jean David Sebaoun; and IMH Fragrance Product Development Manager Jonathan Pierron led the experience which included the inside scoop on the creative process, gourmet fare by award-winning caterer Alexa Von Strolley, and the opportunity to capture the café’s priceless views.
