Visual Vibe expands into US, unlocks outdoor advertising on 175 digital trucks
Visual Vibe, a subsidiary of Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited, has announced its entry into the United States market through a groundbreaking partnership with Dalvey Media, providing access to 175 digital advertising trucks nationwide.
The company, in a press release on Monday, said at the centre of its expansion is the establishment of Kintyre Holdings Inc in Miami, which will serve as the base for its US operations.
A general manager will be hired in Miami to lead the rollout and manage the company’s nationwide growth, the release stated.
“As we build out this new chapter, we are also focused on building a strong global team,” said Tyrone Wilson, Founder, President and CEO of Kintyre Holdings. “We are tapping into platforms such as Upwork and others to attract top-tier talent, ensuring we have the expertise and agility needed to scale internationally.”
The legal counsel for Kintyre Holdings (JA) Limited is Marlon A Hill, partner at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, specialising in corporate law, government affairs, and international transactions, the release stated.
“This deal is groundbreaking for us at Visual Vibe,” Wilson continued. “We acquired the company in 2023 and are in the process of completely transforming the business. The earning potential and advertising reach have been massively expanded, fully aligned with our vision of building a strong global out-of-home advertising network.”
According to Wilson, the expansion will begin with testing in the coming months, before scaling into a nationwide rollout that gives brands new ways to reach audiences through a digital advertising platform that literally moves with them.
Acquired by Kintyre Holdings in 2023, Visual Vibe has been a leader in Jamaica’s digital out-of-home advertising industry for more than 15 years. Since the acquisition, Visual Vibe has undergone major upgrades and expanded its reach with a network of indoor digital screens in more than 40 prime locations in Jamaica, alongside its growing outdoor presence.
