Vaz extended condolences to Mullings’ family, friends, and colleagues, noting that the JUTC family and the wider transport sector are profoundly affected by the loss.
“The JUTC is in mourning today following the tragic passing of one of its dedicated employees who served the commuting public with professionalism and pride. Our public transport operators are essential to keeping Jamaica moving each day, and the loss of one of their own is deeply felt across the entire sector,” Minister Vaz said.
The minister also offered prayers and support to Mullings’ loved ones, emphasising that the ministry stands in full solidarity with the JUTC during this difficult time.
