Seiveright commends Hendrickson family for leadership in manufacturing
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Minister of State in the Ministry of Industry, Investment & Commerce, Senator Delano Seiveright, has commended the Hendrickson family for their continued leadership in manufacturing and philanthropy during recent talks at National Baking Company’s head office in Kingston.
The talks focused on the Hendrickson family’s continued leadership in Jamaican manufacturing — including their upcoming multi-billion-dollar, ultra-modern baking facility in Catherine Hall, Montego Bay, which will employ scores of skilled Jamaicans, boost exports, and strengthen western Jamaica’s economy.
Seiveright also commended the family’s extensive philanthropic work, which continues to uplift schools, empower students through scholarships, improve community infrastructure, and support social-impact initiatives across Jamaica.
He noted that his Ministry, dubbed Jamaica’s “Business Ministry”, remains deeply engaged with stakeholders big and small, from grassroots artisans to major investors, as part of the Government’s ASPIRE agenda to drive inclusive, sustainable growth and strengthen Brand Jamaica.
