Flow customer gets rebate after prolonged service disruption complaint

Dear Claudienne,

I have an issue with Flow. My Ya’ad and Road service with Flow was disrupted during the hurricane in July 2024. Several calls have been made to them about the situation to no avail.

On January 9, 2025, I visited the Mandeville office and returned their boxes and asked to have the service disconnected. I was using their service until October 2024 and was being billed for both Ya’ad and Road service even though I was only receiving the road service. Since November 2024 I have got no service at all from Flow but they are still sending me bills.

I would appreciate your help to have the company address this situation.

SM

Dear SM,

Tell Claudienne has outlined your concerns to Flow and notes that the company has applied a rebate to your account.

Flow has sent the column the following email:

“Thank you for bringing to our attention the challenges SM was experiencing. Upon learning of her situation, an investigation was done by our customer experience team and a rebate totalling $12,094.37 was applied to SM’s account on March 8, 2025, for the loss of service.

We do regret the interruption in service and we look forward to continue serving SM as a valued Flow customer. “

We wish you all the best.
