#EyeOnMelissa: NCDA helplines to remain open during hurricane period
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Council on Drug Abuse (NCDA), a department of the Ministry of Health and Wellness, is advising the public that its helplines will remain operational throughout the hurricane period.
However, the NCDA notes that due to potential impacts of severe weather conditions, callers may experience temporary disruptions in service.
Members of the public seeking support are encouraged to reach out through the following channels:
