Social media users report challenges accessing X and other platforms

Several online users are currently experiencing challenges accessing the social media platforms X, Canva, ChatGPT, and some multiplayer games.

Internet infrastructure company Cloudflare on Tuesday confirmed that its global network is currently experiencing challenges.

“Cloudflare is experiencing an internal service degradation. Some services may be intermittently impacted. We are focused on restoring service. We will update as we are able to remediate. More updates to follow shortly,” the company said on its status page Tuesday morning.

According to the company’s website, its global cloud platform delivers a range of network services to businesses of all sizes around the world, making them more secure while enhancing the performance and reliability of their critical Internet properties.

“Your things aren’t broken; Cloudflare is down. This is basically a global internet outage (to put it simply),” one individual commented on Reddit.

“Cloudflare went down today, and half the internet broke, including X. How does one company have that much impact?” another said.
