Mikey General honours Rastafari legacy with Haile Selassie Liveth

Veteran reggae artiste Mikey General has returned with a powerful new release titled Haile Selassie Liveth officially out on October 31, 2025 via Meridian Records.

The single pays homage to the life and legacy of Haile Selassie I, the former Emperor of Ethiopia and revered figurehead of the Rastafarian faith.

Haile Selassie Liveth is a smooth, mellow reggae offering delivered with the unmistakable warmth of Mikey General’s silky, soulful voice.

The track blends reverence, consciousness, and musical finesse, creating an unworldly listening experience that uplifts while honouring one of the most influential symbols in Rastafarian culture.

The new single continues Mikey General’s long-standing tradition of spiritually grounded music and marks another meaningful addition to his celebrated catalogue.

Haile Selassie Liveth is now available on iTunes, Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music, Tidal, and all major streaming platforms.
