Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix hits platinum in France, continues trek on Billboard

Global smash Shake it to the Max (Fly) remix by Moliy, Silent Addy, Skillibeng, and Shenseea has now been certified platinum in France.

Last week, SNEP (Syndicat national de l’édition phonographique, in English National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing) issued a certification commemorating more than 200,000 in sales and streaming equivalent.

This is the latest certification for the hit song, which has been certified gold in New Zealand, Greece, and in the United Kingdom.

Meanwhile, the song is still visible on the Billboard charts. On this week’s charts it moved up from #22 to #19 on Pop Airplay in its 19th week, while holding firm at #43 on Radio Songs, where it peaked at #25. Over on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs it improves from #22 to #20, where it peaked at #10.

The song continues its reign at #1 on the US Afrobeats Songs chart, holding down the top spot for 27 non-consecutive weeks.

Still on the US Afrobeats Songs chart, Getting Paid by Sarz, Asake, Wizkid, and Skillibeng rebounds from #20 to #11.

Over on Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay, You Remind Me by DJ Khaled featuring Vybz Kartel, Buju Banton, Mavado, Bounty Killer, RoryStoneLove, and Kaylan Arnold dips from #25 to #29 in its 6th week.

PBT by Travis Scott, Tyla, and Vybz Kartel inches up from #9 to #8 in its 15th week.

Over on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart, Queen of the Dancehall Spice returns in fine form, as her 2021 debut album 10, revisits the chart at #8.

Previously, 10 debuted at #6 on the chart dated August 21, 2021 and clocked one week on the chart.

The set is the fifth title from Spice to make it onto the Billboard Reggae Albums chart. So Mi Like It (EP), released in 2014, rose to #14, but 2018’s Captured mixtape did better, reaching #1.

Emancipated, released in 2022, peaked at #7, so too 2024’s Mirror25.

Elsewhere in the Billboard Reggae Albums chart, Bob Marley & the Wailers logged 305 non-consecutive weeks at #1 with Legend.

Shaggy’s Best of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection clocks 336 non-consecutive weeks on the chart, and holds the #2 spot, while Sean Paul’s hit collection Dutty Classics Collection re-enters at #3. The set peaked at #2 and is spending its 253rd non-consecutive week on the chart.

With the exception of Spice, Shaggy, and Sean Paul’s Dutty Classics Collection, every album on this week’s chart has reached the #1 spot.

World on Fire by Stick Figure remains at #4, while Dutty Rock by Sean Paul slips to #5.

Wisdom and Set in Stone by Stick Figure are #s 6 and 6, while Damian Marley’s Welcome to Jamrock dips one place down to #9 and UB40’s Greatest Hits tumbles from#5 to #10.

Ready or Not by Jurney Star continues to hold the #1 spot on the Rebel Vibez Top Ten Canadian Reggae chart, with Play it Loud by Jay Douglas and JUNO reggae winner Kairo McLean debuting at #9.

Also new on the chart is Show Us the Way by Eddie Bullen featuring Kandice K.A.S.H, Tasha T, and Mel Dube.

Meanwhile, So Long by Neto Yuth and Anthony B is #2, Feels Like a Movie by Celena is #3, Wheel and Come Again by former Spanish Town resident SkyStar moves into the #4 spot, and Loving You Forever by Tesharah is at #5.
