Police name four of five killed in highway bus crash
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — Police have identified four of the five people who died as a result of injuries they sustained in Wednesday’s minibus crash on the PJ Patterson Highway in St Catherine.
The identified victims are Derron Johnson, 40, a construction worker of Ocho Rios in St Ann; Marcia Reid, 49, a resident of Havendale, Kingston 20; Dinford Gardner, 59, a resident of Independence City in Portmore; and Sharon Roberts, 64, a resident of Comfort District in Manchester.
Fifteen other people were also injured in the crash involving a public passenger vehicle.
