Flow resolves prepaid account error after customer’s long battle

Dear Claudienne,

I am a prepaid Flow customer and I am seeking your help. My service from the company being prepaid, the phone number is the account number. On June 14, 2025 the company deducted $1591.00 of credit while I had an existing plan. I called them and they acknowledged the error and promised to escalate the matter in 24-72 hours. To date, after repeated calls and eight different escalation periods, no refunds have occurred.

Each time I was told that a supervisor would call me but none has — a supervisor is never available when requested. I have since then added $4000.00 credit on two occasions to activate the 28 day plan and there has still been no resolution.

I would appreciate your assistance.

KM
