Shaggy’s ‘Lottery’, a safe bet in March
Shaggy’s 14th studio album Lottery is scheduled for release in March.
The project, according to a highly placed source, will feature collaborations with American R&B singer Jeremih, pop singer Robin Thicke and R&B neo soul singer Anthony Hamilton.
Shaggy’s last full-length project was 2022’s Come Fly With Me.
So far, two singles from Lottery have been released— Til A Mawning featuring Sting, which charted on Billboard’s Rhythmic Airplay chart a few months ago, and the latest single Boom Body featuring Akon and Aidonia, which has been serviced to US Rhythmic radio.
Anthony Hamilton is best known for his 2004 double platinum single Charlene.
Jeremih is better known for the #4 Billboard Hot 100 hit Birthday Sex.
Robin Thicke, who was born to parents from the entertainment fraternity, is known for hits like Lost Without You and the #1 Hot 100 hit Blurred Lines featuring TI and Pharrell.
